investors of Reliance Mutual Fund whereby they can Purchase, Redeem or
Switch units of Reliance Mutual Fund schemes online. They can also
view their Account Details, Transaction Details and Statement of
Account online .

Yes! Reliance Mutual Fund website uses SSL technology to ensure that
the information transmitted between you and us across the internet is
safe and secured. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a common and the most
effective protocol for sending confidential information securely over
the Internet. SSL works by using a private, mathematical key to
encrypt (or scramble) data that's transferred between your Web browser
and the website you're visiting. This Digital Security certificate has
one 128-bit encryption level and is obtained from Verisign (Safescript).

What are the features available in Transact
Online account? |

1) My Portfolio - In this feature an investor can track his portfolio
with RMF he can view the Portfolio Snapshot, Statement of Account,
Transaction Details and Personal details. He can also request for
email / fax / courier of their statement of accounts online.
2) Transact Online -The investors can Purchase, Switch or Redeem the
units of Reliance Mutual Fund online.
3) Manage My Account - The investor can map multiple folios to a
single Username through this service, All that is needed is a PIN for
the Folio the investor wishes to map to his account. The feature also
allows an investor to Remove a Folio already added or change password,
PIN.

How can I register with Transact Online
Account ? |

To register for Online Transact facility you need to have investments
in the Reliance Mutual Fund and should have registered with us by
signing an PIN agreement.

How can I have a Transact Online Account ?

Log on to www.reliancemutual.com.
· If you have been allotted Personal Identification Number (PIN) for
your Folio
Click on the Transact Online Account link on the home page and then
click on 'Create User' link. Using your Folio No and PIN you
are required to
Create a username and password through which you can access Transact
Online Account.
· If you do not have an Internet Personal Identification Number (PIN)
Click on the Transact Online Account link on the home page and click
on the 'REGISTER' link.
· You will be led to an PIN request page, wherein you are required to
fill in your Folio No. with RMF online.
· On submission of this request, an email will be sent to you
containing the PIN Agreement Form. You need to download the PIN
agreement, sign it, and send the original copy to our Registrars, M/s.
Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad.
· On receipt of your duly signed PIN agreement application, the we
will process your request generate a PIN for the Folio No mentioned in
the request.
· Using this Folio No and PIN you are required to create a "Username"
and "Password" through which you can access Transact Online.
You can also MAP multiple folios to a single Username. All you need to
do is obtain a PIN for the Folio numbers you wish to map to your
account.

If one forgets password, what needs to be
done? |

At the time of registration, you will be asked to enter a secret
question that will enable us to validate your user name and account.
If you have forgotten your password click on the 'Forgot Password'
link. This will retrieve your secret question.
If you provide the correct answer to the secret question, your new
password will be sent to your email id registered with us.
