But what about a day for 'guncles'? In case you’re not au fait with the term, a 'guncle' is gay uncle. So, the internet has decided it's time someone took notice and celebrated the guncles in our community. There are calls for August 14 to be Gay Uncles Day. While the day hasn’t picked up that much traction as yet, Aussie Bobsledder Simon Dunn has chosen to take up the cause and has posted his own pic on Instagram calling for the celebration.
